The smallest bird was 6 pounds, 8 oz (skin off) and the largest was 11 pounds, 9 oz (skin on). I put them all in the freezer except for one. I hope to make fried chicken either tonight or tomorrow.

The Chicken Reaper, part 2
Well, we are all done with the meat bird butchering. Last night, we processed 10 birds. It took us about 4 1/2 hours so our butchering rate is improving. We never could have done it without our friends' help. I only took one picture because we were so busy.
