On Day 3, we headed off to the Sonara Desert Museum. It was a great day. The museum was wonderfully laid out and very educational.
We saw plenty of saguaro cactus.
They had a fantastic raptor show. These birds just flew right over our heads. Amazing.
We saw four raptors: a raven, an owl, and two hawks. They also had a hummingbird house where the little hummingbirds flew around us.
We ate outside and had wonderful views of the mountains around.
After lunch, we went back in and saw the desert animals. 
One of the mountain lions was walking around much to the delight of the children.
And one was just napping the afternoon away.
The bobcats were grooming each other.
They had a good exhibit on the caves in this area. Outside the cave exhibit, they had an area where children could look through the rocks and bring home a mineral sample.
