Nathan shot his first squirrel last month. He was pretty proud of it. (and so was his dad). It was a big buck squirrel. And yes, we intend to eat it. Right now it is in our freezer awaiting the perfect squirrel recipe.

Wow...deer hearts and squirrel's tails! What other unique delicacies will the Cold Feathers Farm folks be trying this year?:-)
