20 great years (x4)

This summer is our 20th wedding anniversary. It is also the 20th for three other couples. So being a person that loves picnics, I organized a 20th anniversary picnic for the four families. I made "wedding cakes" for dessert.


We had the couples bring their wedding albums. That was so much fun, especially for the children, to see what we looked like 20 years ago.

We had a type of Newlywed game put on by one of the family's children and yours truly won! Our answers matched on 7 out of 8 questions. We missed the "what is your husband's least favorite household chore?" question but we aced the others (like what does your wife want for her anniversary or what was the name of your first pet together).

Then we cut the cakes together. The weather was perfect for a picnic and it was a wonderful night from start to finish.
